The Match-Making Program – New Exchange Partnerships 2026 Seminar in Israel and Germany

ConAct and the Israel Youth Exchange Authority invite you to participate in the Match-Making Program 2026, a program aimed at establishing new partnerships between German and Israeli youth and educational organizations.

As part of the two-part seminar, German and Israeli partner organizations that have already been “matched” in advance based on the organizations’ stated preferences will be brought together. The goal is to enable a personal relation and to begin a joint planning of initial exchange projects. Guidance on content, funding, and the educational design of the programs will facilitate the initial planning process. Each seminar consists of a joint seminar part in Ramat Gan and Berlin respectively, as well as on-site visits to the facilities of the respective new exchange partners.

Please note: The seminar consists of two parts:

Part 1: Seminar in Israel (14–20 March 2026)
Part 2: Seminar in Germany (7–12 June 2026)

Participation in both parts of the program is mandatory.

The first application deadline is 11 January 2026. After that, the first partnerships will be established.

Each participating German and Israeli organization may be represented by one responsible person with decision-making authority.

Seminar language: The seminar will be conducted in English.

Participation fee:
The participation fee (around 300 euros) and includes accommodation, meals, program costs, and travel expenses. In addition, the organization covers the costs for accommodation and meals for the Israeli partner during the visit to the partner organization in Germany (1–2 nights).
